Hemlata Dubey, MD (Kaya Chikitsa), B.A.M.S. (India), is a dedicated Ayurveda consultant and wellness educator with over 20 years of experience bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern health. Her journey began with a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from Government Ayurvedic College, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India in 1999, followed by a postgraduate degree in Ayurvedic Medicine, MD (Kaya Chikitsa) from Government Dhanwantari Ayurvedic College, Vikram University, Ujjain, India in 2004 — where her research was supported by a grant from the Government of India's CCRAS.

Her professional background includes academic and clinical experience in Ayurveda in India, including serving as an Assistant Professor at Government Ayurvedic College, Bhopal, and as an Ayurveda Consultant at Saifee Hospital, Mumbai. She has also completed additional training in Panchakarma, Yoga (YTCC), Marma Therapy, and the Certificate Programme on Nutrition and Ayurveda Dietetics (CNAD).

A published researcher and international speaker, she has shared educational perspectives on Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle and holistic well-being at conferences and professional forums in India and internationally. At Nirogayush Ayurved in Singapore, her work focuses on general wellness, lifestyle education and traditional Ayurvedic principles.
