MEET DR. HEMLATA DUBEY

Dr. Hemlata Dubey (MD, B.A.M.S.) is a dedicated Ayurveda consultant and wellness educator with over 20 years of experience bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern health. Her journey began with a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from Government Ayurvedic College, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India in 1999, followed by a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Ayurvedic Medicine (Kaya Chikitsa) from Government Dhanwantari Ayurvedic College, Vikram University, Ujjain, India in 2004 — where her research was prestigious enough to earn a grant from the Government of India's CCRAS.

Dr. Hemlata's career has been defined by excellence in both the clinic and the classroom. After serving as an Assistant Professor at a government medical college in Bhopal, she moved into high-impact clinical work as a Consultant at the renowned Saifee Hospital in Mumbai. Beyond her medical degrees, she is a certified expert in Panchakarma, Yoga (YTCC), and Marma Therapy, ensuring a truly 360-degree approach to healing.

A published researcher and international speaker, Dr. Hemlata has shared her insights on Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle with audiences across Hong Kong and Singapore. She combines her rigorous medical foundation with her passion for holistic living, helping clients find balance and vitality through science-backed, traditional wellness.
